Turkish man wounded in Ankara bomb attack dies

A man wounded in a car bomb explosion in the Turkish capital of Ankara last month died Monday, raising the death toll in the attack to five, local newspaper Today's Zaman reported on its website.

Source from Ankara's Numune Hospital was quoted as saying that the 68-year-old man died in its burns unit on Monday, adding that another injured victim died a week earlier.

The explosion, which occurred on Sept. 22 near a school, also injured some 30 people.

A Kurdish terrorist group, the Kurdistan Freedom Falcons (TAK), has claimed responsibility for the attack.
